Located at an altitude of 1,000 meters above sea level, Thanh Lanh Valley Golf & Resort has a cool climate all year round, with an average temperature of 18-25 degrees Celsius. Perfect golf conditions make the two-hour drive from Hanoi worth the effort. A bypass road connecting Tam Dao, Thanh Lanh, and Dai Lai golf areas makes several excellent golf clubs easily reachable.

Kings Island Golf Resort is a 54 hole golf resort in the outskirts of Hanoi. The golf resort lies on the shores of the Dong Mo reservoir 36 kilometers from Hanoi. At only 45 minutes drive from the capital, King’s Island is high quality and convenient choice to include in any North Vietnam golf package. Access to the course is by boat, or car in the case of the Kings Course. The island golf complex situated site comprises 350 hectares of land and 1,500 hectares of waterfront.

Long Bien Golf Course is a meticulously designed 27-hole layout by Nelson & Haworth, conveniently located just south of central Hanoi. Situated on 350 hectares and framed by the scenic Dong Nai River, it stands as one of the most accessible courses from the heart of the city.

Legend Hill Country Club is an 18-hole championship layout located in Phu Linh, Hanoi, just 20 minutes from Noi Bai International Airport. It is the third golf course developed by the same owner, following Kings Island Golf Resort and Ruby Tree Golf Resort. Nestled in the foothills of the Soc Son District, the course lies adjacent to the historic Soc Temple, which is dedicated to Phu Dong Thien Vuong, better known as Saint Giong, a legendary national hero. The course was named Legend Hill in honor of Saint Giong, reflecting both the cultural heritage and natural beauty of the area.

The course opened in 2015 to become the first Jack Nicklaus designed course in Vietnam. Legend Hill Country Club is also the first golf course in Vietnam to implement a unique two green per every hole concept.  Golfers have the unique experience of playing an 18-hole golf course with 36 green complexes. In other words, golfers with have a different golf experience on each round.

The contemporary designed Legend Hill Country Club clubhouse sits on top of a hill overlooking the golf course and surrounding mountains. Facilities include elegant locker rooms, decent restaurant, and a small pro shop. Caddies, English skills, and training could be better, though a day out at Legend Hill is pleasant enough.

Located 45 kilometers from central Hanoi, Sky Lake Resort & Golf Club comprises two contrasting 18-hole courses – the Sky Course and the Lake Course. Sky Lake Resort & Golf Club, in 2015, won awards as both the best championship course in Vietnam and the 5th best course in Vietnam., making the resort the only Hanoi golf club to receive such notoriety. Korean architect Mr. Ahn Moon Hwan of Bori Golf designed all 36-holes.
