Overview
👑 Royal Golf Course: A Masterpiece in Vietnam's Ancient Capital
Royal Golf Course is an exceptionally grand destination located in Ninh Binh Province, approximately 100–110 km from Hanoi. The course is uniquely situated within a famous tourist cluster (Trang An, Bai Dinh Pagoda), framed by millions-of-years-old natural limestone mountains and the expansive Yen Thang Lake.
Currently holding the title as the largest golf complex in Vietnam, it spans approximately 670 hectares with a master plan for 54 world-standard holes. The resort currently operates 36 holes, divided into two distinct courses: the King Course and the Queen Course.
The Queen Course is a design masterpiece by Nicklaus Companies and supervised by Flagstick. It is particularly noted for its sophisticated beauty and its commitment to preserving the pristine natural rock formations, lending the layout a unique, sharp, and graceful aesthetic. Both courses feature high-grade turf, such as Zeon Zoysia for the fairways and Primo Zoysia for the greens (Queen Course), ensuring an international standard of playability.
While the King Course is renowned for its length and higher technical demand, featuring numerous strategic water and sand traps, the Queen Course balances high visual appeal with significant technical challenges. The complex exudes a regal, classic style, befitting its name and its location in the historical Hoa Lu region.
In short, Royal Golf Course stands out as Vietnam's largest golf facility, offering a unique blend of world-class golf design perfectly harmonized with the historical and visually stunning limestone karst landscape of Ninh Binh, promising a luxurious, historic, and highly challenging experience.
